Went to Salt Lake City for a week of software training.. very cool... got to catch up with a childhood friend (Tom) that i haven't seen in over 30 years.. he hooked us up with Utah Jazz tickets, their final game of the season, and vip dinner.. thanks Tom!

Other than that we did not have any free time till the morning we left, so on the way to the airport we stopped at Temple square. We did a quick self tour of the grounds and Taberncale. When we got into the Tabernacle (Home of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir) there was a tour guide demonstrating the acoustics of the place, showing that she can talk from the stage and we can hear her from the back of the auditorium. Keep in mind this is quite amazing since this is an 8,000 seat venue built in 1867!

Then a guy came out and fired up the famous Pipe Organ... wow!...pretty cool. I was able to catch it all on video.

Some pics are Here.
